ALTQ with JSB (Jesse Shepherd-Bates) of the WAB

A lot of acronyms and initials in the title of this episode: on A Little Too Quiet (ALTQ), it's Jesse Shepherd-Bates (JSB) of the Woodward Avenue Brewers (WAB / WabCo). Today, we're talking with Jesse about his career as an events planner and manager of entertainment venues. We talk about what its been like to be a medium-ish capacity venue in the age of a pandemic. But we also talk about two very uplifting things, one of which is the positive-energy-generating festival that's hosted here in Ferndale known as the DIY Street Fair. We talk about why that is such an important annual event, even though we can't attend it this year. But more than that, Jesse is doing the library proud: he has recommendations for YOU.
